Role Overview

Contract and Location

• The role is a two-year extendable contract.
• The position is based in Abu Dhabi and is office based.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret internal and external information to generate insights and support decisions.
• Document business requirements, data requirements, and information management needs.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete data for reporting and analysis.
• Support business intelligence reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Analyze information systems for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate systems-related initiatives and projects.
• Assist with technology strategies, business cases, feasibility studies, and implementation plans.
• Partner with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Evaluate information services and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Produce management and regulatory reports and analyses.
• Advise business stakeholders and monitor trends in healthcare information systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently and collaboratively.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market and industry dynamics.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, data management, and reporting methodologies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, business analysis, project management, transformation, or strategy.
• Experience with healthcare performance indicators, reporting frameworks, and business intelligence tools.
• Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Data Analytics are advantageous.
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting and visualization platforms is preferred.
