Job Summary

Contract and Location

• This is a two-year extendable contract.
• The role is based in Abu Dhabi and is office-based.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret information from internal and external sources to support decision-making.
• Define and document business, data, and information management requirements.
• Coordinate accurate data provision for reporting and analysis.
• Support business intelligence reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Analyze information systems for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate systems-related initiatives and projects.
• Assist with technology strategies, business cases, feasibility studies, and implementation plans.
• Partner with business and technical teams on technology-enabled solutions.
• Monitor information services and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Produce management and regulatory reports and analyses.
• Advise business stakeholders and monitor healthcare information systems trends.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Five to eight years of experience in healthcare, consulting, business analysis, project management, business transformation, or strategy.
• Experience with healthcare performance indicators, reporting frameworks, and business intelligence tools.
• Strong understanding of healthcare information systems and industry best practices.
• Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Data Analytics are advantageous.
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting and visualization platforms is preferred.
