Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret information to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Define business, data, and information management requirements.
• Coordinate accurate data provision for reporting and analysis.
• Support business intelligence reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Analyze information systems for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate systems-related initiatives and projects.
• Support technology strategies, business cases, feasibility studies, and implementation plans.
• Partner with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Evaluate information services and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Produce management and regulatory reports and analyses.
• Advise stakeholders and monitor trends in healthcare information systems.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required.
• Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related fields are advantageous.

Experience

• Five to eight years of experience in healthcare, consulting, business analysis, project management, business transformation, or strategy is required.
• Experience with healthcare performance indicators, reporting frameworks, and business intelligence tools is required.
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting and visualization platforms is preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare information systems and industry best practices is required.
