- We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in Corporate Banking Transformation and Business Engineering.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and technology teams to drive digital initiatives, optimize business processes, and deliver scalable banking solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement sessions
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
- Work on corporate banking transformation initiatives (digital/migration projects)
- Analyze current (As-Is) and design future (To-Be) business processes
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and use case documents
- Define workflows, data mappings, and integration requirements
- Collaborate with development and QA teams for solution delivery
- Participate in SIT and UAT testing; validate business scenarios
- Support deployment, go-live, and post-production activities
- Ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
- Work in Agile environment and participate in sprint ceremonies
- Track tasks, defects, and progress using tools like Jira
