- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and solutions
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items
- Drive business process transformation and value added change initiatives
- Support testing, training, and successful product delivery
- Act as a domain expert for Cash Management, Payments, and Clearing solutions
Requirements
- 8+ years of banking experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong domain expertise in Cash Management and Corporate Banking
- Experience with Payments, Clearing, and Financial Institution processes
- Ability to define, document, and optimize business processes
- Expertise in gathering requirements, process mapping, and documentation
- Hands on experience creating user stories, managing backlogs, and supporting sprint delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience reviewing SIT/UAT test cases and supporting user acceptance testing
- Comfortable working in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
- Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Miro, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
