Responsibilities
- Crafting user stories and sprints to support the product development
- Defining and documenting customer business functions and processes
- Acting as domain expert with payments and clearing, translating visions into solutions
- Identifying, defining and documenting business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of systems access
- Ensuring the system design is perfectly aligned as per the needs of the users
- Participating in user acceptance testing and undertaking functionality testing of new system
- Assisting business to coaching technical and non business staff on product intents, business requirements and value to customers
- Developing a training curriculum and conducting formal training sessions covering assigned product module
- Acting as a team lead on designated projects or assignments and providing work direction to technical or clerical staff
- Demonstrating ability to manage stakeholders across functions
- Skilled in reviewing SIT, UAT test cases and ensuring all positive and negative functional and non functional scenarios are covered
- Able to guide business on value added changes and avoid non value added changes with focus on business process transformation
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in banking and dominant experience in Cash Management in corporate banking and Financial institutions clearing
- Understanding business objectives and strategic plans with high capability to comprehend the organization’s goals and problems to be solved
- Strong technical acumen and process driven
- Able to work independently to create processes from scratch
- Comfortable in working in sprints and working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
- Comfortable with data analysis to support product management information analysis and decision making

Position Overview
- Business Analyst Cash Management for a 6 month extendable contract.
- Payroll through Dautom Information Technology.
- Notice period: 30 days maximum.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in banking and dominant experience in Cash Management in corporate banking and Financial institutions clearing.
