Business Analyst – Cash Management & Corporate channels

Overview

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the GTx team to create high-quality business requirements and solutions for key stakeholders.
• Conduct quality assurance on the deliveries within the GTx payments platforms.
• Engage with SMEs, end users, and vendors to identify, document, and validate requirements based on user journeys and user stories for implementing payment systems, corporate channel systems and escrow-related solutions.
• Assist in the development of user stories/requirements, providing support to team members as needed.
• Responsible for producing test scenarios, scripts, and other UAT documentation, as well as identifying and extracting custom data for testing purposes.
• Execute UAT against previously defined and approved business requirements, user stories, or solution designs.
• Collaborate with business SMEs and product owners to prioritize and shape the product backlog, utilizing Agile practices to emphasize business value.
• Highlight key issues and challenges related to product sign-off after the testing phase is completed.
• Validate existing 'to be' processes during UAT execution, including revising and updating business processes according to business requirements.
• Analyze and interpret business requirements, and when necessary, gather additional information from Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts.
• Participate in and facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Iteration/Release Planning, Showcases/Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Monitor and support post-production projects as part of BAU.

Requirements

• Adaptability to support deliveries in either waterfall or agile models.
• Experience with Agile ceremonies and rituals.
• Ability to engage with SMEs, end users, and vendors.
• Experience in producing test scenarios, scripts, and UAT documentation.
• Ability to validate existing 'to be' processes during UAT execution.
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting business requirements.
