Business Analyst - Business Processing Re-engineering (m/f/d)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project and change initiative activities.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
• Capture, analyze, and document requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Prepare BRDs, user stories, and supporting project documentation.
• Support project planning, progress tracking, reporting, and workstream management.
• Identify risks, issues, delays, and dependencies and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate with business, operations, credit, technology, and project teams.
• Prepare test cases, coordinate UAT, and validate business outcomes.
• Participate in end-user training and change management.
• Track milestones, maintain project records, and ensure solutions align with requirements and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or related role within banking or financial services.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation and reporting, stakeholder management, and UAT coordination.
• Experience supporting business and technology projects in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Quality Management, Finance, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience within banking and financial services environments.
• Exposure to process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools.
