Role Overview
Business Analysts convert data into actionable business insights using analytical platforms and tools.
The role focuses on data visualizations, automation solutions, operational fulfillment, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Access raw data feeds, build queries and macros, write VBA code, organize data, and design business performance reports.
- Retrieve and analyze large datasets using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems.
- Design and implement reporting solutions for stakeholder decision-making.
- Own reporting accuracy and timeliness while resolving data discrepancies.
- Build and manage KPIs for measurement, control, and benchmarking.
- Monitor metrics and partner with internal teams on process and system improvements.
- Support cross-functional teams with day-to-day program implementation.
- Generate complex queries to investigate process issues and improve customer experience.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
- Experience with Excel and SQL.
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to learn and gain proficiency in relevant coding languages.
- AWS and Python experience is a strong plus.
Technical Scope
- The role may maintain front-end code using Python, SQL, HTML, Java, R, or similar coding languages.
- The work includes automated data pipelines, sophisticated analytical modeling, and intuitive data visualization.
- The role uses Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, VBA, and other data management systems.
