Job Purpose
Lead analytics and commercial growth and cost-efficiency strategies across 12 markets.
Optimize aggregator-led revenue by improving returns on advertising and discount investments.
Replace blanket discounting with cohort-based, data-driven targeting models.
Strategic Accountabilities
- Design and lead implementation of cohort-based discounting and visibility models.
- Partner with food delivery aggregators on a common discounting and growth framework.
- Act as regional point of contact for strategic growth initiatives across more than 30 aggregator platforms.
- Identify opportunities to optimize spend, improve efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.
Operational Accountabilities
- Define, build, and track key performance metrics with aggregator data teams.
- Collaborate with BI to automate reporting using aggregator data feeds.
- Develop a strong understanding of the organization's data architecture.
- Extract and analyze database data, including store-level sales and customer cohorts.
- Prepare insights, performance summaries, and recommendations for market and regional decisions.
