Bridge business needs with technology solutions by analyzing requirements, optimizing processes, and translating objectives into scalable digital solutions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support high-quality products and initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle.
What you’ll do
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate operational, financial, and technology risks and recommend mitigations.
- Support wireframes, prototypes, process diagrams, and workflow documentation.
- Maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process maps, sequence diagrams, scope documents, and UAT plans.
- Track milestones, issue logs, project progress, and project documentation.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Support testing cycles and User Acceptance Testing.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar technology or digital transformation role.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Experience translating requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience creating process flows, use cases, wireframes, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
- Ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business stakeholders.
- BPMN, UML, or similar process modelling knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
