Job Purpose

  • We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Brand Specialist to support the execution of marketing strategies, drive brand growth, and strengthen market positioning within the Pharmaceutical Consumer Line.
  • The Brand Specialist will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure effective campaign execution, monitor brand performance, and support key initiatives that enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies and annual marketing plans.
  • Assist in monitoring brand performance, sales, and market share across consumer pharma products.
  • Ensure brand visibility and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and product activations.
  • Develop marketing materials (POSM, brochures, digital content) in collaboration with agencies.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Gather consumer insights and recommend actions to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Provide sales forecasts and monitor stock levels to ensure product availability.
  • Work closely with Sales, Medical, and Regulatory teams to align marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with distributors and pharmacies to support in store visibility and promotions.
  • Maintain effective communication with regional and global brand partners.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand management, preferably within pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of consumer marketing principles and retail trade dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); digital marketing experience is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
