Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall marketing operations for the Middle East market, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives and brand positioning.
- Work closely with the distributor partner to plan, manage, and execute all marketing activities.
- Develop and execute ATL, BTL, digital, retail, and product launch campaigns to drive brand awareness, leads generation, customer engagement, and retail sales performance.
- Manage country marketing budget, spending efficiency, ROI performance, and campaign effectiveness across all marketing activities and channels.
- Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize leads generation, conversion, and customer acquisition performance.
- Lead influencer collaborations, PR communication, media relations, events, on ground activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, Share of Voice (SOV), and campaign performance KPIs, providing actionable insights.
- Manage and grow the brand’s social media platforms and fan base in the assigned market.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams, agencies, distributor partner, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and localization of all marketing activities.
- Manage the distributor partner marketing co funding policy process, including marketing plan review, activities evaluation, budget acceptance, and performance tracking.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, focusing on the auto industry.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events, including conferences, auto shows, product launch events, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics across different cultures in the Middle East.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to assess marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Fluent English is a must, Arabic language is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events, including conferences, auto shows, product launch events, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics across different cultures in the Middle East.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to assess marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Fluent English is a must, Arabic language is a plus.
Work Environment
- Dubai office based role.
- Occasional travel for industry events or company meetings may be required.
