- Develop and adapt the brand vision, positioning, and strategic direction in alignment with global and regional objectives
- Identify key market opportunities, patient needs, and value drivers to shape brand strategy
- Define patient profiles, customer segmentation, and targeting strategies
- Develop and implement engagement strategies in collaboration with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial teams
- Lead the development and execution of regional and local Integrated Business Plans (IBPs)
- Design and implement launch strategies and commercialization plans for new products and indications
- Develop patient centric campaigns, promotional materials, and communication strategies
- Create impactful brand messages that effectively communicate product value
- Drive innovation and creativity across marketing initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, healthcare landscape changes, and customer insights
- Forecast brand performance, revenue, market share, and budget requirements
- Define and monitor key brand performance indicators
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, Marketing, or Commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in specialty care, rare diseases, neurology, or Neuromuscular therapeutic areas is an advantage
- Strong strategic thinking and business planning capabilities
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
- Strong project management and cross functional leadership skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including forecasting and budget management
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different functions and markets
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and compliance awareness
- Excellent command of English and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Job Purpose
- We are looking for a strategic and innovative Brand Manager to lead our Neuromuscular portfolio.
- You will be responsible for defining and adapting brand strategy, positioning, and integrated business plans while ensuring successful execution across assigned markets.
- You will work closely with cross functional teams to drive brand growth, optimize patient access, enhance stakeholder engagement, and deliver business objectives.
What Will Your Responsibilities Be?
- Develop and adapt the brand vision, positioning, and strategic direction in alignment with global and regional objectives.

- Define patient profiles, customer segmentation, and targeting strategies to support effective engagement and market growth.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies in collaboration with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial teams.
- Lead the development and execution of regional and local Integrated Business Plans (IBPs) through cross functional collaboration.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
