- Area of Responsibility
- Define and execute marketing strategies and concepts to ensure effective positioning of STADA CHC products across Gulf markets.
- Plan and conduct effective marketing campaigns to support corporate financial targets, driving sales growth and market share expansion.
- Own brand P&L ensuring decisions are driven with ROI mindset
- Demonstrate strong cross-functional business acumen through close collaboration with Sales, E-Commerce, Market Access, Supply Chain, Finance, Medical, and Culture & People.
- Evaluate new launch opportunities initiated by Portfolio Management, liaise with Commercial leads, and provide reliable analysis and business cases.
- Manage the development of robust marketing platforms and initiatives to reinforce brand loyalty and consumer engagement.
- Manage and lead multiple, complex marketing projects with limited supervision.
- Track, analyse, and report marketing performance, ensuring inputs are available for monthly business reviews.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and brand guidelines.

- Ability to analyse market data, trends, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- **Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing in CHC/FMCG sector. Please note:**
- this experience is critical and non-negotiable.
- In-depth understanding of consumer healthcare industry within the region, including market trends, statistical analysis, and primary market research techniques.
- Understanding of global markets to support portfolio growth strategies.
- Strong knowledge of key business functions including Market Access, Business Development, and Marketing.
- Experience working within medium to large reputable organisations is preferred.
