  • Area of Responsibility
  • Define and execute marketing strategies and concepts to ensure effective positioning of STADA CHC products across Gulf markets.
  • Plan and conduct effective marketing campaigns to support corporate financial targets, driving sales growth and market share expansion.
  • Own brand P&L ensuring decisions are driven with ROI mindset
  • Demonstrate strong cross-functional business acumen through close collaboration with Sales, E-Commerce, Market Access, Supply Chain, Finance, Medical, and Culture & People.
  • Evaluate new launch opportunities initiated by Portfolio Management, liaise with Commercial leads, and provide reliable analysis and business cases.
  • Manage the development of robust marketing platforms and initiatives to reinforce brand loyalty and consumer engagement.
  • Manage and lead multiple, complex marketing projects with limited supervision.
  • Track, analyse, and report marketing performance, ensuring inputs are available for monthly business reviews.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and brand guidelines.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

  • **Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing in CHC/FMCG sector. Please note:**
  • this experience is critical and non-negotiable.
  • In-depth understanding of consumer healthcare industry within the region, including market trends, statistical analysis, and primary market research techniques.
  • Understanding of global markets to support portfolio growth strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of key business functions including Market Access, Business Development, and Marketing.
  • Experience working within medium to large reputable organisations is preferred.
