About the Role

Responsibilities
- Drive digital first media strategy with a strong focus on performance and ROI
- Lead influencer marketing and PR campaigns to build brand relevance and visibility
- Manage eCommerce and dCommerce performance (Amazon, Noon), optimizing conversion and visibility
- Deliver impactful in store activations and retail execution
- Monitor brand performance metrics including market share, distribution, and sell out data
- Own marketing budgets end to end including planning, tracking, and compliance
- Support innovation launches, ensuring on time, in full execution
- Work closely with cross functional teams and external partners to drive business outcomes
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Brand or Marketing roles within FMCG MNCs (mandatory)
- Strong background in digital marketing, media planning, and eCommerce
- Experience managing multi market or regional portfolios
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Proven ability to collaborate with agencies and cross functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s is a plus)
- Immediate availability is a strong advantage

- We are hiring a high performing Brand Manager for a 7 month contract to support brand growth across Arabia markets.
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Contract: 7 months (Maternity coverage)

What You’ll Be Doing
