Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, or Strategic Marketing
- Prior experience in Skin Care, Beauty, Cosmetics, or Personal Care products is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of market research, consumer insights, and brand development
- Excellent analytical, planning, and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and product launches
