- Create high quality content across multiple channels, including websites, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media
- Build messaging frameworks, brand matrices, and content strategies that support business objectives and audience engagement
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and client service teams to deliver integrated campaigns and consistent brand experiences
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and strategic objectives are met
- Communicate project updates, challenges, risks, and recommendations proactively with relevant stakeholders
- Adapt content strategies and writing styles across different industries, audiences, and brand identities
- Support broader marketing initiatives by creating content that strengthens customer relationships and improves brand visibility
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in content writing, copywriting, brand strategy, or related field
- Proven experience developing brand messaging, voice, tone guidelines, and content strategies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in website copy, email marketing, blog content, and social media campaigns
- Experience managing content projects across multiple brands, clients, or industries
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, CRM platforms, or similar
- Experience with the EOS Model is required
- Ability to quickly understand different industries and translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content
- Proactive mindset with strong problem solving skills
