SUMMARY

  • Manager of Middle east subsidiary, managing the below mentioned departments.

SUPERVISORY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Care: Manage and coordinates activities of Customer Care including quotation handling, order handling, open order follow up, monitoring of large quotations, employee performance.
  • Distribution: Responsible for inbound materials, on time delivery, reviewing documents, investigating complaints, scheduling shipments, negotiating prices, controlling transport invoices.
  • Quality: Manage documents related to quality, participate in quality improvement program, coordinate incoming inspection.
  • Warehouse: Organize, supervise and direct warehouse personnel, coordinate pickup and delivery schedules, inspect facilities, negotiate equipment purchases, direct salvage, investigate complaints, develop operational practices.
  • Supply Chain: Close cooperation with sales to improve on time delivery, monitor forecast orders, monitor excess and slow moving inventory.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • College degree, or similar through experience.
  • Warehousing and traffic experience required.
  • People skills as well as good organizational skills.
  • Fluent in language of country of operation and English. Any other language is an asset.
