Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Luca Park.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and guest experience standards.

Education and Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in a retail environment, such as a pet store or veterinary practice.
• Relevant diploma in management.
• Knowledge of pet safety, dog behavior, or dog park operations.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory tools, or operations software.
• Passion for pets, especially dogs.
• Energetic, proactive, hands-on, responsible, and dependable approach.
• Team-oriented and service-oriented mindset.

Skills and Competencies

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
