Responsibilities
- Develop and execute branch operations strategy for CIT, cash processing, ATM services, and cash solutions
- Oversee daily field operations to ensure standardized processes and high quality service delivery
- Monitor and drive KPIs including on time performance, cash processing accuracy, and vehicle utilization
- Champion security protocols, cash controls, and safety procedures to maintain zero incident culture
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and internal policies
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Manage operational budgets, cost controls, fleet maintenance, and margin improvement
- Lead, coach, and develop operations team including supervisors, CIT crews, and support staff
- Build and maintain customer relationships through service review meetings
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, Compliance, and Technology functions
Requirements
- Experience in CIT, cash processing, or related high value cash services
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of security protocols and regulatory compliance

Role Overview
- The Branch Manager, CIT and Cash Solutions provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for secure, efficient, and compliant delivery of high value cash services.
- Includes CIT operations, armored transportation, cash processing, vault management, ATM replenishment, and integrated cash solutions across the branch footprint.
- Accountable for operational excellence, zero incident safety culture, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and gold standard service delivery.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute branch operations strategy for CIT, cash processing, ATM services, and broader cash solutions.
- Provide visible leadership and hands on management, maintaining strong people management practices.
- Oversee daily field operations to ensure standardized processes, consistent service delivery, optimal resource allocation, and route optimization.
- Lead effective scheduling, fleet deployment, capacity planning, and productivity initiatives.
- Monitor and drive KPIs including on time performance, cash processing accuracy, vehicle utilization, service efficiency, and productivity.
- Champion robust security protocols, cash controls, and safety procedures for zero incident and zero loss culture.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, licensing standards, central bank guidelines, and internal policies.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, risk assessments, and security audits.
- Excel in high level customer engagement, including monthly service review meetings and SLP reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop operations management team, supervisors, CIT crews, vault processors, drivers/guards, and support staff.
- Manage operational branch budgets, cost controls, fleet maintenance, forecasting, and continuous margin improvement.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with branch customers to support contract retention and expansion.
