- Maintain proper records of vessel operations and activities
- Report operational updates to the management team
- Support the operations team with daily maritime activities
- Follow company safety procedures and port regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 4 years of experience in maritime, port agency, or vessel operations
- Experience in vessel operations, customs clearance, port documentation and procedures
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent operational requirements
- Good knowledge of English language
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Must be able to obtain CID clearance and port access approval

Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Boarding Officer to join our Maritime Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting vessel operations, coordinating port formalities, and handling clearances with immigration, customs, and port authorities.
