Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Finance Manager to support the finance department in managing financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
The role involves assisting in financial planning, analysis, and ensuring accurate financial records to support business decision-making.
Financial Management
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance
Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Assist in preparation of balance sheets, P&L statements, and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
Audit & Compliance
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company financial policies
- Assist in documentation for audits and financial reviews
Systems & Reporting Tools
- Work on **Microsoft Dynamics ERP system** for financial operations and reporting
- Create and analyze reports using **Power BI dashboards**
- Support automation and improvement of financial reporting processes
Operational Support
- Work closely with senior finance management on financial planning
- Support payroll and expense management processes
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4–5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with **Microsoft Dynamics ERP** (advantage)
- Strong knowledge of **Power BI reporting and dashboard creation** (advantage)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Currently based in the UAE (mandatory)
- Knowledge of IFRS/accounting standards preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
