About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead maintenance teams for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing facilities on Dubai Metro
- Coordinate with subcontractors on fire systems, automatic sliding doors, water tank cleaning
- Diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical malfunctions, replace faulty equipment
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and maintain zero incident environment
- Prepare PM plans, abnormality reports, condition survey reports, incident reports
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using computerized maintenance management system
Requirements
- Degree or higher diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent
- 3 years supervisory experience in MEP services or 2 years as MEP Team Leader
- Knowledge of BMS, SCADA, VFDs
- Experience with IBM Maximo (CMMS)
- Ability to prepare engineering data analysis, reports, method statements, risk assessments

Job Purpose
- Supervise and lead line maintenance teams for building services including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing facilities for Dubai Metro.
- Assist Operations Manager, Senior Engineer, Assistant Manager in providing technical support.
- Good knowledge of BMS, SCADA & VFDs; knowledge of Tunnel Ventilation System is a plus.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead supervisors and technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP facilities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors on Fire Systems, Automatic Sliding Doors, Water Tanks Cleaning.
- Comply with Enova and Dubai Metro HSEQ requirements; ensure zero incident environment.
- Diagnose electrical/mechanical malfunctions, replace faulty equipment.
- Lead functional tests, troubleshoot, repair defective parts in motors, relays, switches, etc.
- Follow maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with Dubai Metro requirements.
- Ensure operations KPIs are met; review fault reports and prepare PM plans.
- Prepare abnormality reports, condition survey reports, incident reports.
- Report to Manager Operations/Assistant Manager/Senior Engineers.
- Review tools and spare inventory; order required spares and tools.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using computerized maintenance management system.
- Inspect and maintain Tunnel Ventilation System; communicate with Control Centre and Client Representative.
Qualifications, Experiences, & Skills
- Ability to prepare engineering data analysis, reporting, maintenance procedures, method statements, risk assessments.
- Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong PC skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Maximo knowledge is a plus.
- Degree or higher diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
- 3 years supervisory experience in MEP or 2 years as MEP Team Leader.
