- Review and approve the Contractor's BIM Execution Plan and digital deliverables
- Oversee BIM coordination across all disciplines and ensure clash free integrated models
- Monitor model updates, LOD compliance, and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead coordination meetings and ensure timely resolution of clashes and interface issues
- Verify as built BIM submissions and asset data for handover requirements
- Support the Client in digital asset management and integration with FM systems

Job Description
- Leads the BIM management function within the PMCM team, ensuring the Contractor’s BIM deliverables comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project requirements, and coordination standards.
- Review and approve the Contractor’s BIM Execution Plan and digital deliverables.
- Oversee BIM coordination across all disciplines and ensure clash free integrated models.
- Monitor model updates, LOD compliance, and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead coordination meetings and ensure timely resolution of clashes and interface issues.
- Verify as built BIM submissions and asset data for handover requirements.
- Support the Client in digital asset management and integration with FM systems.
