Requirements

- ACC expert with administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks & ACC
- Strong knowledge of 3D modelling and visualization tools
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- In depth understanding of BIM standards and digital delivery workflows

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join our innovative team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- In this pivotal role, you will lead our Building Information Modelling (BIM) initiatives and drive digital transformation across our construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with organizational goals and project requirements
- Oversee the creation and management of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital construction

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
- Master's degree in a related field is advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM management or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large scale projects using BIM.
- ACC expert with administrative experience.
- BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit, Navisworks & ACC.
- Strong knowledge of 3D modelling and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with project management software and methodologies
- In depth understanding of BIM standards, best practices and digital delivery workflows.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
