- Build and maintain a portfolio of international buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Provide advisory on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
Requirements
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin, Farsi, Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, etc.)
- Experience in real estate sales, advisory, or high value client facing roles
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage

- We are seeking a polished, culturally aware, and client focused Bilingual Real Estate Agent who can support buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors across multiple language groups—including Mandarin, Farsi, Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in their native language with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations.
- Conduct tailored presentations, virtual tours, and community briefings in multiple languages.
- Promote off plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of international buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Provide advisory on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends.
- Support clients with relocation needs, lifestyle insights, and community recommendations.
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes.
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with global professionalism and strong market knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin, Farsi, Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, etc.).
- Experience in real estate sales, advisory, or high value client facing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to build trust with international clients and high net worth individuals.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven.
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
