Overview
We are seeking a BICSc Senior Business Development Executive to lead and expand our enterprise Saless.
In this role, you won't just sell services; you will leverage your deep FM industry knowledge to design multi-site training solutions that elevate standards in BICSc, HSE, and Soft Skills.
The Role
As the primary point of contact for our largest FM stakeholders, you will bridge the gap between operational needs and world-class training delivery.
You will own the full Sales lifecycle from initial discovery and solution design to closing high-value deals and ensuring long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities
- **Strategic Sales Management:**
- Develop comprehensive Sales plans and stakeholder maps; maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecasting within the CRM (Zoho preferred).
- **Revenue & Growth:**
- Identify whitespace within existing Saless and prospect new buying centers to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our portfolio (BICSc, Driver Safety, Food Safety, etc.).
- **Consultative Solution Design:**
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client pain points, craft tailored proposals (SOWs, pricing, timelines), and negotiate commercial terms to meet quarterly targets.
- **Executive Presence:**
- Build multi-level relationships with HR, L&D, and Operations leaders; deliver compelling executive presentations and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
- Partner with our delivery and training teams to ensure flawless execution of programs and high client satisfaction.
- **Mentorship:**
- Coach junior team members on FM industry nuances, discovery techniques, and negotiation basics.
Required Qualifications
- **Experience:**
- 3–6+ years of B2B sales or Sales management specifically within the
Facility Management (Fm) Sector
- .
- **Industry Knowledge:**
- Deep understanding of FM operations and a strong working knowledge of
- BICSc standards
- .
- **Communication:**
- Bilingual fluency in
- Arabic and English
- with exceptional proposal writing and presentation skills.
- **Sales Acumen:**
- Proven track record of consultative selling and closing complex deals with enterprise-level stakeholders.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in CRM systems and strong organizational follow-through.
