Bellman (Russian speaker)

Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.

Assist with luggage handling, storage, and transportation.

Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.

Provide accurate information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.

Ensure the lobby and entrance areas remain clean and organized.

Coordinate with concierge and front office teams to assist guests promptly.

Deliver packages, messages, or other items to guest rooms.

Job requirements Requirements: Previous experience as Bellman/Doorman in a 5-star hotel is preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting luggage, standing for long hours).

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
