Job Description
- You will ensure that everyone who arrives or departs from our property receives a warm welcome and a friendly goodbye.
- You are a key person in the delivery of our guest service experience and will serve as a guide, ambassador and source of information for the hotel.
- While the main responsibility is to control the lobby traffic and assist guests, there are many intangible elements to the role.
- Being highly guest interactive, flexible, and possessing extensive knowledge of the hotel operation is essential for your success in this role.
