- Provide guidance and training to caregivers and families on behavioral strategies
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and professional standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Behavior Therapist in a hospital, clinic, rehabilitation, or special education setting
- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and intervention techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- DOH License or DOH Eligibility is an added advantage

Overview

- The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing, implementing, and monitoring evidence based behavioral intervention programs for patients with developmental, behavioral, and learning challenges.
Key Responsibilities
