Job Purpose
The Beauty Advisor delivers an exceptional in-store experience reflecting Cloré's commitment to beauty, culture, and care.
The role combines customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, POS operations, store upkeep, and inventory participation.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, offer help, and provide personalized beauty support.
- Provide beauty advice based on customer needs.
- Stay current on products, product uses, and personalized beauty care combinations.
- Explain promotions, new products, and the rewards program.
- Support store events, seasonal displays, and product setups.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Refill shelves and report missing, damaged, or low-stock items.
- Unpack deliveries and help with inventory counts.
- Operate the POS cash register and process sales.
- Handle returns and complaints politely, seeking help when needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
