Job Purpose
Provide an exceptional in-store experience through customer service, product knowledge, and operational support.
Support store upkeep, merchandising, point-of-sale activities, and inventory processes.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, offer assistance, and provide personalized support.
- Give beauty advice based on customer needs.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of products and personalized beauty care combinations.
- Explain promotions, new products, and the rewards program.
- Support store events, seasonal displays, and product setups.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Refill shelves and report missing, damaged, or low-stock items.
- Unpack deliveries and assist with inventory counts.
- Operate the cash register and process sales.
- Handle returns and complaints politely and seek help when needed.
- Help maintain a positive and professional team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Competencies
- Customer focus, communication, initiative, team collaboration, empathy, adaptability, and reliability are emphasized.
- Product knowledge includes textured hair and beauty care systems, with training provided.
