- Install, assemble, maintain, and repair BD (Bar & Rod) Mill Stands, Guides, and associated rolling mill equipment
- Perform guide setting, stand alignment, roll changes, and equipment adjustments to ensure efficient rolling operations
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on BD mill stands and guide systems
- Inspect mill components for wear and recommend replacements to minimize production downtime
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams during mill changeovers and breakdowns
Requirements
- Experience in installing, assembling, maintaining, and repairing BD Mill Stands, Guides, and associated rolling mill equipment
- Ability to perform guide setting, stand alignment, roll changes, and equipment adjustments
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance on BD mill stands and guide systems
- Ability to inspect mill components for wear and recommend replacements
- Ability to coordinate with production and maintenance teams during mill changeovers and breakdowns
