- Prepare and serve beverages with consistency, precision, and adherence to brand standards
- Engage guests with confidence, offering recommendations and creating memorable experiences through personalized service
- Maintain expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non alcoholic beverage offerings
- Ensure the bar is clean, organized, fully stocked, and prepared for service at all times
- Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and support cost control initiatives within the outlet
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and service recovery situations with professionalism and care
Requirements
- Experience in a bartender or bar support role within a hotel, restaurant, lounge, or luxury hospitality environment
- Passion for mixology, beverage culture, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service practices
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to perform under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash and payment transactions accurately
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage

THE TEAM
- The Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi creates memorable dining and social experiences through exceptional service, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
- As a Bartender, you will report to the Assistant Beverage Manager and work closely with the bar and service teams.
YOUR ROLE
- As a Bartender, you will craft and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages while delivering attentive, personalized service that reflects Rosewood’s standards of luxury hospitality.
- You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional product knowledge, ensuring operational excellence behind the bar, and creating engaging guest experiences.
