How does your working day look like …
• Identify and meet guests' needs, provide appropriate bar services and assist guests in recommendations, upselling where appropriate in order to provide knowledgeable and bespoke service.
• Recognize customer dissatisfaction promptly and take action to resolve the situation according to individual level of responsibility and guest feedback / complaint procedures in order to win back guest satisfaction.
• Complete day-to-day activities by following all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering a quality service to guests and maintaining standards of excellence.
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environment procedures, instructions and controls so that Company provides world class and luxurious hospitality services to its guests.
• Comply with quality expectations and standards.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support team to reach common goals.
• Maintain efficient workflow by adhering to the sequence of service and standards detailed in relevant F&B Standards Manual.
• Serve beverages according to defined standards and measures (according to local license agreements).
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to beverage recipes.
• Ensure all drinks transactions are processed, registered and settled.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Setup the bar appropriately, ensuring the visuals and merchandise are placed appropriately.
• Undertake opening, closing & cleaning tasks as detailed on checklists.
• Coordinate with stewards to ensure equipment and bar area are kept hygienically clean and tidy at all times and sufficient glassware is available.
• Ensure the checking of expiration dates and that all perishable garnishes are stored and recorded in designated storage area.
• Adopt a responsible attitude towards serving of alcoholic beverages, to ensure safe consumption in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.
• Perform related tasks and duties as assigned and deemed responsible by management.

Working Day and Responsibilities
- Identify and meet guests’ needs, provide bar services, make recommendations, and upsell where appropriate.
- Recognize guest dissatisfaction and resolve situations using complaint procedures and individual responsibility levels.
- Follow departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and F&B service standards.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental procedures while delivering quality hospitality services.
- Serve beverages according to defined standards, measures, local licensing agreements, and company policy.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to beverage recipes.
- Process, register, and settle all drink transactions.
- Set up the bar and position visual displays and merchandise appropriately.
- Complete opening, closing, and cleaning tasks according to checklists.
- Coordinate with stewards to keep equipment and bar areas hygienically clean and ensure sufficient glassware.
- Check expiration dates and store and record perishable garnishes in designated storage areas.
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Bartender in a 5-star hotel, upscale bar, or high-end restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar service standards.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and professionally managing guest requests and complaints.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Friendly, confident, reliable, organised, and able to maintain service standards during busy periods.
- Team-oriented, hands-on, and positive approach to work.
- Good knowledge of bar hygiene, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service.
- Confident English communication.
