Job Description
The Bartender position is based at City Centre Rotana Doha.
The role is intended for a dynamic and self-motivated food and beverage professional seeking career growth.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages according to the hotel's performance standards.
- Support guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective use of resources.
- Offer trend-setting and innovative products and services and contribute to sales activities.
- Set up the bar and prepare all mise-en-place for service.
- Clean the bar and all equipment to required standards throughout service.
- Provide prompt, polite, and courteous service to guests and colleagues.
Education and Experience
- A diploma or degree in hospitality, or vocational training in food and beverage, is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in bar operations is required.
- Excellent command of English and strong guest service and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Bartending skills and knowledge of wines, liquor, and cocktails are advantageous.
