The venue offers an energetic, high-volume, elevated dining experience combining Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian flavours.
Role Overview
SUSHISAMBA Dubai is seeking experienced and energetic Bartenders to join its bar team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages according to approved recipes and presentation standards.
- Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and provide professional service to VIP and international guests.
- Maintain consistency in flavour, measurements, garnishing, and presentation.
- Complete bar mise en place and ensure the station is ready before service.
- Monitor stock, expiry dates, wastage, and product storage.
- Process orders through the POS system and maintain a clean, safe, organized bar.
- Support promotions, events, new cocktails, and teamwork during high-volume service.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience.
- Previous experience in a luxury, fine-dining, high-volume, or lifestyle venue.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
