- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso based drinks, teas, and specialty items
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Operate equipment or coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems efficiently and safely
- Follow health and safety standards by adhering to hygiene and food safety regulations
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operation
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Requirements
- Previous Barista or Café Experience
- Knowledge in cash handling & POS system
- Passionate about creating positive guest experiences
- Able to interact clearly with customers and team members
