- Support training and development, ensuring all in house, legal, and compliance training is completed on time
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well maintained shop
- Review shop performance and results, creating action plans to drive profitability
- Aim for a perfect Mystery Shopper score every week
- Ensure financial processes and controls are followed
- Use daily reports to maximize sales opportunities
- Lead team briefs, 1:1s, staff meetings, and contribute in area meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 3 years running a site independently
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high energy environment
- Passion for developing people and driving performance
- Comfortable using data and insights to make decisions
- Availability to commence employment in October 2026

- Focus on coaching and developing the team, and take ownership of sales and profit performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring energy and positivity every day by role modelling Pret’s values.
- Support training and development, ensuring all training is completed on time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well maintained shop.
- Lead the way in delivering Amazing Customer Service by following Pret’s 6 Key Points of Service.
- Regularly review shop performance and results, turning challenges into action plans.
- Aim for a perfect Mystery Shopper score every week.
- Ensure financial processes and controls are always followed.
- Use daily reports to maximise sales opportunities.
- Be a champion of communication and change by leading team briefs, 1:1s, and staff meetings.
Required Qualification and Experience
- Proven experience of at least 3 years running a site independently.
