Job Purpose

  • To keep the Pret A Manger outlet in Abu Dhabi buzzing with great energy and smooth operations.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver brilliant customer service and consistently high brand standards.
  • Focus on coaching and developing the team, and take ownership of sales and profit performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring energy and positivity every day by role modelling Pret’s values.
  • Support training and development, ensuring all training is completed on time.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well maintained shop.
  • Lead the way in delivering Amazing Customer Service by following Pret’s 6 Key Points of Service.
  • Regularly review shop performance and results, turning challenges into action plans.
  • Aim for a perfect Mystery Shopper score every week.
  • Ensure financial processes and controls are always followed.
  • Use daily reports to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Be a champion of communication and change by leading team briefs, 1:1s, and staff meetings.

Required Qualification and Experience

  • Proven experience of at least 3 years running a site independently.
  • Strong communicator with ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Thrive in a fast paced, high energy environment.
  • Confident leader with passion for developing people.
  • Clear and engaging communicator.
  • Comfortable using data and insights to make decisions.
  • Excited to be part of a team that values innovation and excellence.
  • Availability to commence employment in October 2026.
  • Willingness to work in Abu Dhabi.
