Barista

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee, tea, and other drinks.

Maintain consistently high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and taste.

Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests.

Take and accurately process guest orders and payments.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and work areas.

Ensure coffee machines, equipment, and utensils are properly maintained and cleaned.

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.

Follow hotel standards, food safety regulations, and departmental procedures.

Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently.

Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job requirements Requirements: Previous experience as a Barista, preferably within a 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, café, or high-end hospitality environment.

Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage service.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.

Excellent attention to detail and presentation.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
