Job Description

• Welcome customers, explain specials or new items, answer questions, and accept orders and payments.
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks, pastries, and related beverages using prescribed recipes and techniques.
• Educate customers about coffee, beans, brewing methods, equipment, accessories, and supplies.
• Sell coffee products and demonstrate coffee grinding and brewing equipment.
• Replenish coffee beans, equipment, pastries, cookies, and other coffee bar supplies.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and arrange repairs.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, clean, and attractive coffee bar and dining area.
• Learn brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques.
• Adhere to food safety regulations, sanitation requirements, and quality controls.

Qualifications

• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Professional presentation and grooming are required.
• Ability to handle cash effectively and efficiently.
• Good communication, customer contact, and problem resolution skills.
• Basic food and beverage product knowledge.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
