Job Overview
HME Holding Group is looking for a Barista to join their Food & Beverage team.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment properly.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly and professional service.
- Ensure consistency in the quality, taste, and presentation of all beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and work area at all times.
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor of low-stock items.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso extraction, and basic latte art.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
