The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and providing support to deliver a smooth guest experience.
Job Description
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages
- Keep the bar fully stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, and supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
- Collect and wash glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
- Refill and restock inventory during shifts
- Dispose of waste and maintain hygiene standards
- Support in receiving and storing bar deliveries
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in opening and closing duties
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of beverages and bar operations is a plus
- Flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of bar equipment and glassware handling
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Willing to work in Al Ain
