Overview

Job Description

• Source, negotiate, and procure food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, cleaning supplies, kitchen equipment, and other operational requirements for multiple café and restaurant outlets.
• Obtain quotations, compare supplier proposals, and negotiate pricing, quality standards, and delivery terms.
• Coordinate with outlet managers, chefs, and operations teams to ensure timely purchasing and uninterrupted supply of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and consumption trends across all outlets
• Prepare and process purchase orders while maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Track supplier deliveries and resolve issues related to quality, quantity, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Identify new suppliers and conduct regular market surveys to secure the best products and pricing available.
• Ensure purchased items meet company specifications, food safety standards, and operational requirements.
• Work closely with the Finance Department to reconcile invoices, supplier statements, and payment schedules.
• Support cost-control initiatives and contribute to improving purchasing efficiency across all brands and outlets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience within the Food & Beverage, café, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing food products, beverages, restaurant consumables, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
• Experience handling procurement for multiple outlets or restaurant brands is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Must be willing to relocate to Al Ain.
