- Ensure smooth coordination between front of house staff
- Monitor table availability and optimize seating arrangements
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a hostess in a restaurant or customer service role
- Familiarity with reservation systems or POS systems
- Professional and approachable appearance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to speak Arabic and English
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and team oriented mindset
- Willing to work in Al Ain
