Responsibilities
- Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
- Be a part of the change, drive the revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that guests are receiving service and experience according to the Four Seasons standards.
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
- Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
- Be actively involved in employee training and development.
- Participate and assist management of the venue with hiring process of new staff.
Requirements
- Experience in managing fine dining restaurants with Asian concept
- Fluent in at least two international languages
- Degree Holder in Hospitality Management
- Previous working experience in Dubai or the Middle East
- Good knowledge of Chinese and Japanese food is a plus
- Exposed to Michelin Star restaurant is an advantage

- A Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Hendricks Bar/Cigar lounge, ensuring an elevated guest experience.
- The role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory and product quality, ensuring compliance with regulations, and creating a sophisticated atmosphere.
