- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with individual and corporate clients
- Identify clients’ financial needs and offer tailored solutions including loans, deposits, investment products, and digital banking services
- Drive revenue growth through cross selling and up selling of banking products
- Acquire new clients via networking, referrals, and business development initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving queries and ensuring high satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, credit, compliance) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Monitor client accounts for compliance and risk, escalating issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM tools
- Prepare reports on sales performance, client feedback, and pipeline status
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience in Qatar, preferably as a Banker or Relationship Manager
- Proven client portfolio with strong relationship management and business development skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
- Solid sales background with expertise in investment and wealth management products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and professional advisory skills
