Role Overview

  • The Banking Sales / Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of clients by providing tailored banking and investment solutions. This role combines relationship management, advisory services, and solution oriented selling to drive revenue growth and business developm

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
  • Identify clients’ financial needs and offer tailored solutions, including loans, deposits, investment products, and digital banking services.
  • Drive revenue growth through cross selling and up selling of banking products.
  • Acquire new clients via networking, referrals, and business development initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, credit, compliance) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Monitor client accounts for compliance and risk, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, client feedback, and pipeline status.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of banking experience in Qatar, preferably as a Banker or Relationship Manager.
  • Proven client portfolio with strong relationship management and business development skills.
  • Highly motivated, target driven, and performance oriented with a strong earning mindset.
  • Solid sales background with expertise in investment and wealth management products.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and professional advisory skills.
