Role Overview
Lead commercial banking operations as a Banking Operations Manager.
Oversee operational efficiency, customer service, team performance, and delivery across banking channels.
Required Skills
- Commercial Banking Operations and Core Banking.
- CRE/Commercial Lending and Credit Services.
- Customer Relationship Management, People Management, Cost Optimization, and Quality Concepts and Tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- Any graduation.
- The posting states 13–18 years of banking operations experience and separately requests 15 or more years in banking operations and related financial-industry roles.
- Project transition experience is required.
- Working knowledge of nCino and loan covenant exposure are good-to-have skills.
Working Conditions
- The employee should be flexible with shifts and willing to extend shift timings during the transition phase.
- The role is based in Chennai and requires working from the office.
