Responsibilities
- Transform raw ingredients into finished and semi finished bakery products, including bread and pastries, following production sheets and SOPs
- Prepare, arrange, and replenish bakery items in the display counter according to presentation and freshness standards
- Assist customers with product inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring full compliance with food handling standards
- Operate, clean, and sanitize bakery tools, ovens, mixers, and other equipment safely and correctly
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness across all work areas, including freezers, chillers, and storage areas, ensuring proper disposal of food waste
- Seek continuous improvement by pursuing professional development opportunities, supporting team members, and adhering to internal policies
Requirements
- Basic English reading, writing, and interpretation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a multicultural environment
- Excellent listening skills with high attention to detail

ROLE SUMMARY
- The Baker is responsible for preparing and making a variety of bread and other baked goods in a minimum of one area in the Bakery section.
ROLE PROFILE
